Vegas Valley Residential’s Jose Espinosa represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Ryan Martin, Patti Dillon, Tom Stilley and Lizz Stilley represented the seller. The 3-office property was 33% occupied at the time of sale.

The two-story building was 45% occupied at the time of sale.
