Henderson’s Cornet Plaza Sold for $2.4 MillionCliffwood Capital  bought the 7-year-old, 26,538-square-foot Cornet Plaza, on 3.42 acres, at 771 E. Horizon Drive in Henderson for $2.4 million, or $90 per square foot, from a private insurance company based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. American Realty Group’s James Mitterlehner represented the buyer; Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors’ Carlos Lopez represented the seller. The property, which includes a buildable pad, was 51% occupied at the time of sale with such tenants as Papa John’s Pizza and Hammer’s Grill & Bar, among others.
