Marbeya Business Park Signs $100,170 LeaseHealth Service Coalition signed a 38-month $100,170 lease for 1,997 square feet of office space inside the 22-year-old, two-story Marbeya Business Park at 6655 W. Sahara Ave., Suite C-202, in Las Vegas. Birtcher Anderson Realty Management’s David Afromsky represented the lessor, Pacific Peninsula LLC; Vista Realty represented the lessee. The reported average rent equals $1.32 per square foot.

NAI Sauter Cos. Expands LV Operations

The Sauter Cos. reached an agreement to assume operation of NAI Las Vegas. As a result, NAI Sauter will be responsible for all NAI commercial real estate activities in Southern Nevada. The principals of NAI Sauter Cos., including Lloyd and Patrick Sauter, have been involved in commercial and investment real estate in Las Vegas since 1972, recording over $2 billion in transactions.
