Angels Academy Childcare Signs $253,215 Lease

GreenValleyTownCenterIIAngels Academy Childcare signed a 5-year, $253,215 lease for 3,073 square feet of retail space inside Green Valley Town Center II at 4500 E Sunset Road, Suite 16, in Henderson. American Nevada Co.’s Alicia Halferty and Charles Van Geel represented the lessor, Green Valley Commercial LLC; Windermere Anthem Hills Real Estate’s Jason Burdett represented the lessee. The reported average rent equals $1.37 per square foot.

TMC Provides $22 Million in Financing in 2013

TMCFinancingTMC Financing today provided over $22 million in SBA 504 financing for 38 Nevada business owners in 2013. The money helped purchase commercial real estate and large equipment for expanding operations, creating and retaining 1,554 jobs in Clark County alone. “Last year we saw signs of growth in the commercial real estate market for Clark County, which is a great sign for a rebound of the overall economy,” said Cindy Santilena, CCIM, Senior Vice President of business development at TMC Financing.  “We predict we will see continued growth in 2014.”

Fort Apache Twain Shopping Center Signs Tenant

Fort Apache Road, Suite 105, in Las Vegas. Virtus Commercial’s Troy Tobler represented the lessor, Twin 168 LLC; Realty One’s Jenny Hsieh represented the lessee. The reported average rent equals 92 cents per square foot.
