Lauren Tabeek Moves to Cushman & Wakefield

Tabeek is a native of the Pacific Northwest, but has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1999 and has more than nine years of brokerage experience serving and expanding the retail landscape of the city.

“Lauren’s array of experience in the Southern Nevada market is exactly what our growing retail division needs during this time of increasing movement in the Las Vegas area,” said Mike Dunn, market leader of Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce’s Las Vegas office.

Previously, Tabeek worked for Voit Real Estate Services, Grubb & Ellis, and NAI Global bolstering their various retail operations and providing a wide variety of client services including: landlord and tenant representation, owner-user sales, investment sales, contract negotiations, property valuation, and proforma financial analysis.

Tabeek represents numerous clients, including Dickey’s BBQ, Metro PCS, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Fantastic Sams, Rialto Capital, Westwood Financial Corporation and many more. She holds the prestigious CCIM designation and is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Crossroads Plaza Sells for $3,475,000

5025 Fort ApacheCrossroads Food Court LLC purchased the approximately 11,919 square-foot retail property located at 5025 S. Fort Apache Rd. in Las Vegas. The transaction was valued at $3,475,000, equating to $291.55/SF. Al Twainy CCIM of Colliers International represented the buyer.  Adam Malan & Deana Marcello of Logic Commercial Real Estate represented the owner, PROP 1 LLC.

Apache Center Welcomes Kidz Wear

Fort Apache, Suite 126, in Las Vegas. Angela Holland of Choice One Properties represented the lessee and Kris Watier, Liz Clare and Jackie Young of Avison Young represented the lessor, Apache Center, LLC. The reported average rent equals $1.43 per square foot.

Gatski Broadens Retail Properties Division

Fantastic Sam’s Signs 10 Year Deal at McCarran Marketplace
