KPZ Investment Signs at Longford Shoppes @ Southern Hills

KPZ Investment signed a 63 month lease for 2,628 SF of retail space at 6525 S. Fort Apache #165, 89148. Liz Clare, CCIM, Jackie Young and Kris Watier of Avison Young represented the landlord, Monterey Vista Village Shopping Center. Jason Otter of Logic Commercial represented the tenant.  The total transaction value was $251,150.

Café Zupas Heading to Boca Park
