Gatski Commercial Recent Transactions

Jennifer Lehr and Chuck Witters, SIOR of Gatski Commercial represented the seller, Wells Real Estate Nevada, LLC in the disposition of 4411 S. Pecos Rd. The +/-3,168-square-foot building sold to Roberts Law Group in January of 2016 for $340,000. The buyer was represented by Greg Pancirov of Colliers International.

Craig Summers and Mel Koich of Gatski Commercial, represented the buyer, Birdie Asfoura, LLC in the acquisition of 4810 Judson in Las Vegas, NV. The +/-68,191-square-foot building was acquired from seller, KW Loan Partners II, and closed for $3,400,000 in January of 2016.

Mel Koich and Craig Summers of Gatski Commercial represented the buyer, Hellfire Media, LLC in the acquisition of 600 E. Charleston Blvd. in Las Vegas, NV. The +/-10,711-square-foot building was acquired from seller, State Bar of Nevada, and closed for $1,400,000 in January of 2016.

A new 63-month retail lease located at 6520 E. Lake Mead Blvd., in Las Vegas, NV. The +/-1,000-square-foot space will be occupied by VIP Nails. Laramie Bracken of Gatski Commercial represented the Landlord, Sannik, LLC. The transaction was finalized for an approximate amount of $144,366.

A new 60-month retail lease to Maria Del Rosario Parra. The +/-1,400-square-foot space is located at 2401 S. Valley View Blvd., in Las Vegas, NV. Ali Roesener and Laramie Bracken of Gatski Commercial represented the Landlord. The transaction totaled approximately $132,482.

A 42-month retail renewal to IMAC Medical Systems Inc. – Elekta. Chuck Witters, SIOR represented the tenant. The +/-14,199-square-foot space is located at 2310 Corporate Circle in Las Vegas, NV. Mark Moser of Savills-Studley represented the Landlord, Tech Park 5, LLC. The transaction totaled approximately $869,281.

Gatski Commercial Manages Two Auto CentersTom Wagener, CCIM and Sean Simon with Gatski Commercial and Equus Businesss Center, LP have announced the following renewals:

  • Leonid Gurovich signed a 36 month renewal for 2,200 SF of industrial space at 3110 Polaris Avenue, suites 25,26,29 in Las Vegas.  Total consideration was $78,752 or $0.98/SF.
  • Stiles & Associates renewed two leases.  The first lease was a 12 month lease for 2,605 SF of industrial space at 3401 Sirius Avenue, suites 2, 4, 50 in Las Vegas.  Total consideration was $20,928 or $0.66/SF.  The second lease was for 12 months for 1,298 SF of industrial space at 3110 Polaris Avenue, suite 49 in Las Vegas.  Total consideration was $8,700 or $0.56/SF.
  • JRY 3 Enterprises, Inc. signed a 13 month renewal for 2,160 SF of industrial space at 3200 Polaris Avenue, suites 42 & 43 in Las Vegas.  Total consideration was $15,552 or $0.60/SF.
  • Dvir Itach signed a 12 month renewal for 820 SF of industrial space at 3400 Desert Inn, suite 36 in Las Vegas. Total consideration was $5,904 or $0.60/SF.
  • Craig Homer signed a 36 month renewal for 1,080 SF of industrial space at 3200 Polaris Avenue, suite 12 in Las Vegas.  Total consideration was $28,538 or $0.72.  Ron McMennemy with McMennemy Investments co-brokered the transaction.

Brenda OlsenGatski Commercial welcomes Brenda Olson as an Associate within the Retail Properties Division of Brokerage Services. Brenda brings over 15-years of experience within the commercial real estate industry in Las Vegas, NV.

Gatski Commercial Manages Two Auto CentersA new 77-month office lease to Shields Family Dentistry. The 1,835-square-foot space is located at 301 Whitney Ranch Dr., in Las Vegas, NV. Laramie Bracken of Gatski Commercial represented the Landlord, Quail Bonita C, LLC, and Jared Bergquist of Bridge Commercial represented the tenant. The total transaction was approximately $150,450.

A new 65-month industrial lease to Hershey’s Chocolate World. The 17,676-square-foot space is located at Harmon Warehouse Center, 4301 S. Valley View Blvd., in Las Vegas, NV. Gatski Commercial’s Gabe Telles represented the tenant. Ali Roesener, Stacy DeBie, Tom Wagener, CCIM and Craig Summers also of Gatski Commercial represented the Landlord, BKM Windriver, 104. The transaction amount was approximately $705,017.

A 60-month industrial renewal to MultiChip Display, Inc. The 6,020-square-foot space is located at 3395 W. Cheyenne Ave., in North Las Vegas, NV. The Landlord, BKM Cheyenne 104, LLC, was represented by Ali Roesener, Gabe Telles, Stacy DeBie, and Craig Summers of Gatski Commercial. The total transaction amount was approximately $199,436.

A new 62-month industrial lease located at 3535 W. Cheyenne Ave., in North Las Vegas, NV. The 7,482-square-foot space will be occupied by Serenity Funeral Home. Ali Roesener, Gabe Telles, Stacy DeBie, and Craig Summers of Gatski Commercial represented the Landlord, BKM Cheyenne 104, LLC. Mike Dalaiamo of Elite Realty represented the tenant. The transaction was finalized for an approximate amount of $263,358.

A new 38-month industrial lease to Audio Design Studios, LLC. The 8,500-square-foot space is located at 4620 S. Polaris Ave, in Las Vegas, NV. The transaction totaled approximately $174,958.

Gatski and Virtus Team Up For Large Industrial Lease In North Las Vegas

Venture PointMel Koich and Craig Summers of Gatski Commercial and Ryan Hinton of Virtus Commercial represented Venture Point, LLC in the lease of 28,360 square feet of industrial space at 6210 E. Tropical Parkway, North Las Vegas, NV 89115. The tenant Matrix NV, LLC was represented by Dave Evenhouse and will occupy the entire building. The total transaction value of this 48 month lease is $1,246,512.

The approximate aggregate value of the transaction is $0.92 per square foot.
