Sun Commercial Welcomes Jennifer Lehr

Jennifer has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on leasing and investment properties.  Her background includes sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial, land and multifamily properties along with property management as well.

Jennifer is an active member in the Southern Nevada chapter of National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Las Vegas HEALS.

The Noack Family Joins Cushman & Wakefield Commerce

Warren Noack has more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in representing buyers and tenants in the purchasing and leasing of industrial real estate. He comes to Cushman & Wakefield Commerce in Las Vegas by way of the South Bay area of Los Angeles where he was first with National Industrial Properties and most recently with NAI Capital. He has been recognized as a Top Producer numerous times due to his consistent leasing and sales volume. He is an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association, the Al Malaikah Shrine, Los Angeles and the Marina Del Rey Shrine Club, where he served as past president.

Travis Noack has been active in the industrial real estate market in the Las Vegas area for two years. He focuses on advising clients who are buying, selling or leasing industrial properties. He joins Cushman & Wakefield Commerce from The Klabin Company, following three years with NAI Capital where he was named 2013 NAI Capital “Rookie of the Year.” Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Travis was a professional journalist, published author, photographer, and Automotive Magazine Editor for 14 years. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.

The Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR) and its Young Professionals Network of Las Vegas (YPN) have announced the winners of their annual “40 Under 40” awards. The awards program was created to acknowledge the top 40 local REALTORS® under the age of 40 who demonstrate excellence in their careers and service to their community, the real estate industry and their state, local and national associations. Honorees were chosen by a selection committee of GLVAR members, who also considered their professional designations, contributions to charities and to GLVAR’s Political Survival Fund, as well as their annual real estate sales transactions and number of properties they manage. They will be honored at an April 27 event at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Patti Dillon Of Colliers Las Vegas Earns SIOR Designation

Patti Dillon_EP_01Patti Dillon, SIOR of Colliers International | Las Vegas has achieved the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,000 commercial real estate professionals. Dillon becomes the tenth SIOR designee for Colliers International’s Las Vegas office.

“We congratulate Patti on earning the distinguished SIOR designation,” said Mike Mixer, executive managing director for Colliers International. “She is an incredible leader and a credit to the commercial real estate profession in the Las Vegas market. We are honored to have her on our team.”

Dillon is a senior vice president in the office division and a key contributor of the Martin|Thill|Dillon office team in Colliers’ Las Vegas office.  In 2016 alone, this team completed more than 75 transactions totaling nearly 1.8 million square feet and $300 million in transaction volume.

The Martin|Thill|Dillon team has been named NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Office Broker of the Year for the past two years and were awarded Colliers International | Las Vegas’ deal of the year award in 2016 for their work on the IGT campus sale (achieved the highest price per square foot and lowest cap rate for true professional office in 2016).

To achieve the SIOR designation, Dillon completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of office real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.

Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in more than 630 cities in 29 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and requires designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.

The CCIM designation requires the successful completion of the designation process which includes demanding commercial real estate curriculum in real estate investment and financial analysis, and commercial real estate market analysis. CCIM designees are also required to provide a portfolio of industry experience.

Stephanie Hill Continues History of Honors for GLVAR and Las Vegas’s RE/CRE Community

stephanie-hillGreater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Director Stephanie Hill, RCE, CLMX3, CIPS, ePro, is one of 17 executives nationwide selected to serve on the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CLMS) Board of Directors.

Hill is the only MLS executive from Southern Nevada to be included in this select group. “It’s an honor to represent the GLVAR membership on the national board,” said Hill, who also leads the association’s global and commercial divisions. “I’m there to be a voice for our membership and to drive MLS initiatives and policies on a national level.”

CMLS is the professional trade organization that serves to advance the MLS industry in North America through unified leadership, collaboration, and education across the real estate industry. It was formed as a premier forum, advocate and resource in 1957 and has since evolved into a volunteer-led organization that is responsible for the advancement of MLS through education, innovation, and the implementation of best practices, industry standards, and next generation solutions in support of MLS providers with over one million subscribers. GLVAR CEO Michele Caprio lauded Hill’s accomplishment and commended her dedication to continually elevating her qualifications and MLS.

NAR Honors GLVAR’s Global Committee

This places GLVAR’s Global Committee in the top third of all association global councils nationwide. The GLVAR committee focusing on international real estate opportunities and education offers what 2016 GLVAR President Scott Beaudry called “the highest level of service to its global members by consistently providing them with the tools they need to handle international real estate.”
