CBRE BROKERS SALE OF FORMER FRESH & EASY BUILDING

CBRECBRE announces today the sale of a vacant building formerly occupied by Fresh & Easy located at 9350 W. Lake Mead Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89134. Charles Moore, CSM, and Marlene Fujita-Winkel, of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, Jefferson-Pilot Investments, Inc., in the $1,825,000 transaction encompassing 15,143 square feet.  The buyer, Lake Webb Plaza, LLC, did not have broker representation.

“The former Fresh and Easy locations are well situated in desirable neighborhoods, making them attractive to retail operators,” said Fujita-Winkel. “This is the third transaction we’ve completed for a former Fresh and Easy location this year.”

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Facility Attracts New Owner

3401saharaThe Boone Youn Family Trust purchased the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a 1,797-square foot net-leased property located at 3401 West Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas, NV. The asset sold for $965,000. Dustin R. Alvino, a Senior Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, The Edwin B Gould 1990 Trust.  The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Alvino as well.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools Dives In at Lone Mountain Village West

3350novatAnthony & Sylvan Pools Corporation signed a 65-month $184,000 lease for 2,404 square feet of retail space at Lone Mountain Village West located at 3350 Novat Street, Suites 125-130 in Las Vegas. Phillip Roy of PR Properties Group represented the lessee and Jackie Young and Liz Clare, CCIM represented the lessor, Lone Mountain Village West.  The reported average rent equals $1.18 per square foot.
